President

Nilda grew up in an environment where moral and academic education were important at the same time, seeing family members believe in work and in God. Now co-founder and Director of FORZA GROUP, Nilda loves to play different roles and makes sure employees and clients are happy.

When she is not working, she looks forward to being a great mother and wife, her family is the most important thing and in her free time she is a leader in the Church.

Yony Matute
Vice President

Born in Honduras, raised in Waukegan IL, Yony grew up in this cleaning job environment, studying during the week and working in cleaning on weekends. Yony likes the cleaning business because it offers a service that people love.

When he is not working or with his wife and children, he spends time at church and with friends.
